Various ongoing electrical maintenance projects include new office reconfiguration utilizing the DIRTT wall system - electrical hook-up to wall sections, running new EMT conduit to electrical room panel board, wiring and installation of new electrical and data outlets. Other projects include the electrical repair to exterior signage, installation of new light fixtures, exterior parking electrical receptacle and courtyard lighting.
